From his beginnings on the tools in the carpentry trade, John worked his way through the ranks progressing to company ownership.  With his sights set on expansion, John’s focus, determination and luck found an opportunity at the beginnings of the Olympic village which enabled him to test his business and construction acumen at the next level thriving under the pressure of delivery.

Over the past two decades, with a relentless attitude and drive to succeed, John has credited his accomplishments to failing, learning, and improving.

He has built up an enviable group of professionals within the team with the ability to structure and unlock the most complex opportunities.  His ethics have enabled him to find a path through the many and various challenges which present themselves in life, land, planning, construction, property development and ownership, from concept to delivery.
