Our ethos is one of research, development, design, value engineering and delivery and, together with our integrated construction team and direct labour, enables us to take an initial concept and transform it into physical reality.
We recognise that a project needs innovation in design, build and process, as well as having to address the demands of carbon reduction with sustainable construction solutions. Our design and construction teams understand the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Buildings and the need to achieve high BREEAM standards and Fire Safety.

Logistics

With many of our projects being situated in demanding urban locations providing limited working space and challenging site access, logistics management has become more critical than ever.

Our professional teams are both office and site-based and undertake detailed pre-planning to ensure that a project can be serviced with efficiency and all needs can be met.

Company Methodology

In recent years, the Group has selected a number of sites to buy and build out to retain in its portfolio, in addition to those sites which have been the subject of planning enhancement and onward sale.

Our aim in these projects is again to create an offering where our quality exceeds the standards often associated with the HMO and build to rent sectors. We adopt a very flexible approach to achieving our goals.  We are happy to use both our in-house team, and also external stakeholder partners, in the construction process as appropriate to achieve the best end result. We are proud of our portfolio and are always seeking new opportunities on which to build on collaborations.
