Planning was submitted in August 2019 for the development of this commercial building in Rotherhithe. The proposal provides for 48 flats over 12 storeys and new commercial space at ground floor level.

One of the most important factors for us when it came to the planning for the site, was to keep existing nearby trees around the building so we included a landscaping scheme and made sure to include them.

We have recently received a detailed planning approval and look to deliver the scheme later this year
