Late 2019 we were pleased to receive planning approval from Croydon Council for a residential scheme of 39 new build units at Whytecliffe Road North in Purley.

The development of the site will deliver much needed affordable and family-size homes to meet local demand. The design team, including Formation Architects and KG Creative Consultancy, have worked hard to ensure that the scheme remains in keeping with the character of the surrounding area as well as making a positive contribution.

This project is the first part of future ideas for the local development of the area in partnership with Regent Land and Development, V Fund and RAA Ventures.
